<\/a>NSCN-K (YA) is a breakaway faction from the original NSCN-K, formed in August 2018 under the leadership of Yung Aung, a Myanmarese national. Among the six factions that have arisen from the splintering of the Nationalist Socialist Council of Nagaland (NSCN), this group has gained notoriety for extorting local businesses in Charaideo. <\/span><\/p>\n The NSCN and its factions are known for their slogan \u201cNagaland for Christ\u201d and strive to establish a sovereign state of Nagalim, encompassing Naga-inhabited areas in India and northern Myanmar.
