O<\/span>n Thursday evening around 7 PM, the acting general secretary of the All Assam Students’ Union (AASU), Sarjun Hanse, received a warm welcome from various groups and organizations at his hometown in Diphu. As he traveled to Diphu after being elected as the acting general secretary of AASU, several regional student unions from Karbi Anglong district greeted the student leader with grand receptions at different locations along the way.<\/span><\/p>\n

Around 7 PM in the evening, Hanse arrived at the historic Diphu Club. Various social and student organizations of Karbi Anglong district warmly welcomed him at the club. The reception was organized by numerous groups, including the Karbi Anglong District Women’s Association, Karbi Anglong District Literary Society, Diphu Literary Society, Karbi Cultural Society, Diphu Writers’ Association, Diphu Club, Karbi Anglong District Press Club, and Diphu Muslim Youth Forum, among others.<\/span><\/p>\n

Accepting the warm welcome from the organizations, he expresses gratitude and thanks to all the district, regional, sub-divisional, and branch student associations of Assam for electing him to this position. Hanse particularly seeks blessings and guidance from various organizations and senior and junior members of Karbi Anglong district. He wishes to fulfill this significant responsibility with dedication and integrity.<\/span><\/p>\n
