\u201cI was on my way home at 8 pm when two youths on a scooter approached me and touched me inappropriately. I immediately sought help from a passerby, but they managed to escape,” recounted the victim. Following the ordeal, she lodged an FIR at the Milan Nagar Police Station.<\/span><\/p>\n

Conveying her distress and concern, the victim emphasized that her case was part of a disturbing trend in the locality, citing rising incidents of drug peddling, smuggling, and eve-teasing. “Today I became the victim; tomorrow it might be someone else. I need justice,” she urged, calling for stringent measures to ensure community safety.<\/span><\/p>\n

The incident has provoked strong reactions from various organizations, including the local students\u2019 union, which have condemned the act.
